Solutions to Download Problems
If you are located outside the United States, we may
be able to solve your problem by providing you with
an alternative download link. Please email us.
If you are at work, the problem could be caused by
your company blocking downloads. Forward the
email with the download links to your home email
and re-try the download from your home computer.
Some errors are due to your software not being
completely downloaded. Many problems can be solved
by downloading the software again so it can complete.
When you completed your download purchase, you
were sent an email with instructions. The link for
downloading your product is contained at the bottom
of that email. Be sure to check your SPAM folder
for this email if you did not receive it.
The email was sent to the email address you specified
when you made payment, or your paypal email
address. If you did not receive this email, you may
wish to check your SPAM folder.

regarding "unidentified developer", click here.
If you were able to download the installer, but are
having trouble completing the installation, try
choosing "Minimum Setup".

When downloading, be sure to notice the location
you choose to download the file to, that is where
you will find the downloaded file. You'll then
double-click on that file and the installation
files will be extracted to your hard drive.
